UKI is known for its varieties of food festivals. Following their tradition, they have come up with Onam Sadya which would start on Onam i.e., on 14th Sep till 18th Sep. Very competitively priced at 350/- AI (mind you, its only veg), Food was indeed very good.
My pick in Accompaniments were Banana Dosai Upperi and when it’s tasted with Inji puli, it was yummy.
Mains were equally good. Esp Kadala Curry,Cabbage & Beans Thoran,Kootu curry were wonderful in taste and you would know the authentic flavors of Kerela in it .
They ensured to pick awesome desserts to end your meal with a bang. My favorite out of the lot was Parupu Payasam.
Folks who want to try traditional food, hit out UKI between above dates and relish authentic taste.
