It wouldn’t be an exaggeration if I say “Aish is one of the splendid fine dine’s in the city of Nizams. What makes it splendid, you ask? The royalty of Nizams in its ambience, cutlery which increases richness in every dish, fine selection of menu and quality of the dishes and the list goes on.
Their menu had many interesting dishes and it was tough to choose which to order. There was an option of course meal which had 3 course unlimited meal and 9 course limited (tasting portions) meal.
Our selection was 9 course tasting meal which had almost everything that you would like to have in a festive meal. A drink to start with, amuse bouche, soup, starter, Hyderabad’s fav haleem, 3 to 4 varieties of mains, biryani, sweet and a chai/coffee to end your meal. A pakka hyderabadi meal I say!
We didn’t opt for drink as it makes stomach full in the beginning itself (may not be for everyone ) and we started with amuse bouche which had fruits and there were papdads to munch with our food too .
Next was teeke chicken ke panje which was mild spiced and flavorful. Good in taste, but nothing great.
Gosht ka marag was so yummy that I could have had another bowl of it.
Then came aromatic and flavorful haleem ️, one of the main reasons I’ve visited this place and did it live upto my expectations? Hell yeah!! Their #Jackfruit Haleem is the winner of #Times #InnovativeVegHaleem and it surely is one innovative and delicious one! #Aish serves haleem round the year. One who craves for haleem, this place would definitely satisfy your cravings.
Then came mains, which had delectable Dum ka Murgh which had rich flavor of almond and Saffron in every bite with melt-in-mouth chicken – totally loved the curry. Other offerings were veg which had mix veg curry and Dal e Aish and both were scrumptious.
Kachhe gosht ki biryani is what followed after. This biryani tastes a little different from what we generally have and may not taste good initially (atleast that is what I felt). On enquiring with chef, he said that their biryani goes very well with their Dahi ke Chutney which was a concotion of curd, cucumber, garlic and tasted very good.
My finish to the meal was with their in-house Khubani ka meeta which was perfect
